Apples of gold in a setting of silver

Some translations of Proverbs 25:11 say a word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver. There’s only one word different. Which do you prefer?

Just like knowing which exact words are best, I had a few goes to get the best effect here.

But whichever one you prefer, I think the result is beautiful.

More Proverbs

Proverbs 18:21 in the Easy English translation says Words are able to save life and cause death. So you must accept the result of what you say.
