Matt 24:37,38… But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood

Matt 24:39… and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.

PLEASE NOTE: I’m aware this post makes me seem like a crazy person, as it describes a paranormal event. But, knowing it’s true, I feel obliged to document it, and not worry too much about what skeptics may think!

Way back on June 29th. 2005, I was sitting alone at my computer reading some online information about the ‘Day of the Lord.’

Earlier that year I’d been disfellowshipped from the corporate body of the church I’d attended for many years, because I stood against some heavy handed overreaching authority they were trying to wield, and during that period of time I often felt very much alone as well.

I was looking online for answers about a number of Bible topics, including Jesus return, and I prayed specifically about the information I was reading that day, telling God in prayer that it felt as if the few drops of rain I could hear dripping down on my roof were like God’s Holy Spirit dripping down on me (water is symbolic of the Holy Spirit).

In my enthusiasm I even told God that the few light showers that were lasting only a few seconds REPRESENTED a FLOOD – because I felt that God was giving me a ‘flood of truth’ regarding the nearness of the 1,000 year Millennium, and the Day of the Lord, which the apostle John said he saw in vision in Revelation 1:10. (At that time I had a decramastic [pressed metal tile] roof, which means I could easily hear fairly light drops of rain.)

An Unexpected Deluge

IMMEDIATELY after I said Amen to this rather unusual prayer, CALLING A LIGHT SHOWER OF RAIN A FLOOD, as soon as the words had left my lips, within I estimate one second after I said Amen, I was startled when a sudden powerful DELUGE of rain POUNDED onto my roof.

The exact timing for this to happen was AMAZING, but that’s just the beginning of this miracle. This FLASH FLOOD downpour of extremely heavy rain continued unabated without let-up for the next 24 hours exactly.

The local newspaper headline above shows the result of my “flood of truth” prayer.

The Gold Coast 24 Hour Flood was June 29th to June 30th.
The Gold Coast Bulletin front page report was published on July 1st. 2005

The 24 hours of rainfall occurred from about 3pm. to about 3pm.. The total fall came to 20 inches (Up to my knees).

The additional newspaper image below says that the Hinze dam rose over 3 metres in 24 hours.

More interesting flood details

The sudden super heavy, full strength rain did not let up for even one minute, so far as I’m aware. Although I did sleep during this period I believe it continued without any break, for the next 24 hours. One man on the Gold Coast drowned.

The flood rain came VERY suddenly, and was not forecast. It was not expected by me or the weather bureau!

It seemed like I’d instigated this flood!

The flood rain started on June 29. It started instantly – at the exact moment immediately after I read and concluded praying about information pertaining to the “DAY of the Lord,” and it continued for exactly one day!

Afterwards, the local newspaper front page headline SAID it was a “1 in 1000 year deluge.” Coincidentally, 1000 year DAYS were being discussed extensively on the website I was reading!

What Makes This a Miracle

I think it was a miracle because these five things coalesced into 1 second of time when I said Amen to my prayer:

  1. I was reading about 1,000 year ‘days’ on the Internet.
  2. I prayed, and said the light sprinkle of rain represented a flood.
  3. I said Amen, and the flood rain came down within 1 second for exactly ONE DAY.
  4. The heavy rain started suddenly, with no warning to the weather bureau forecasters.
  5. Afterwards, the newspaper headline said it was a 1 in 1,000 year event

The odds for this to happen by chance look like this:

  • Because I am accepting that the suddenness of the flood was a 1 in 1,000 year event,
  • Because there are 86,400 seconds in a day,
  • Because there are usually 365 days in a year,
  • Because all of the 5 events are tied to within the exact second after I said Amen, we have:

86,400 seconds x 365 days x 1,000 years = 31,536,000,000

That’s 1 chance in 31,536,000,000 chances of this being an accident.

That’s odds of 31 1/2 BILLION to 1.

Sure, you can argue that floods like this now happen every year, and argue the math, but when was the last time you declared a flood, and it happened?

1,000 Year Days in the Bible

Several places in the Bible talk about 1000 year days. For example 2 Peter 3:8 “But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”

The Bible indicates that God has allotted mankind SIX one thousand year “days” before a one thousand year millennium to follow – starting from the time of Adam, up to the time Jesus will return. Jesus was crucified almost TWO one thousand year ‘days’ ago. The exact date is controversial. Calculations range within a 7 year window, between 27 AD to 34 AD. (I’m well aware of the crucifixion date controversies, and also claims that 1,000 years have been added to our history timeline, but world events don’t back that up. At this stage I still believe it’s been about 2,000 years.)

Hosea 6:2 indicates Jesus return is due about now: “After two (1000 year?) days He will revive us. On the third (1000 year?) day He will raise us up, That we may live in His sight.”

Also compare Jesus’ parables.

First Matthew 20: 1,2 The parable of the labourers in the vineyard:

For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard.

And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.

Second, the parable of the good Samaritan:

Luke 10:30-35

And on the morrow when he departed, he (the good Samaritan who represents Jesus) took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.

Combining both parables, with 2 Peter 3:8, we have

  • one day = 1,000 years
  • one penny = one day
  • the good Samaritan gave two pennies, because he expects to RETURN about TWO days after he left.

Hence, Jesus returns after 2 one thousand year long days, or close to 2,000 Years after he left… I do understand these are merely parables, however… This is NOT presented as any sort of proof — it’s an interesting observation!

Using 1,000 year days since the fall of Adam, the second coming is therefore due between 2027 to 2034, or thereabouts, give or take a few years. If a Jubilee year falls in 2027, as I’ve also read evidence for, it may be as early as then.

Continuing Hosea chapter 6:3
“Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.”

Although 1 in 1000 year floods seem to have become almost common recently, I firmly believe the flood I experienced was a genuine miracle relating to the return of Jesus Christ.

I think my testimony is quite amazing… At least I was amazed by these events!

It is 100% true.

Regardless of what apostate churches may say, Jesus return is IMMINENT.

Jesus said in Matthew 24:39 that his second coming would be like the timing of the flood in the days of Noah.

According to my present understanding, between now and the second coming, ten kings need to be established to rule over the whole earth, as per Revelation 17:12 which should cross reference to the ten toes of iron and clay at the bottom of the great image in Daniel 2:24-45.

There will also be a fake 2nd coming, when the devil himself impersonates Jesus. (2 Cor 11:14, Rev 19:20 etc.) But if you remember these two things, it will be easy to tell the real Jesus from the fake:

(1) On pain of death, the fake Jesus will enforce SUNDAY keeping (click here) (Rev 13:15-17).

(2) In time order… The fake Jesus comes FIRST.

With rainfall,
Base metals turn to rust.
And evil men are swept away like cobwebs,
Or dust.

As per my short poem, iron –which is a base metal– will rust, and when Jesus returns, the wind will sweep the great image (symbolising the ungodly kingdoms) away, according to Daniel 2:35.

Jesus, of course, is the rock which strikes this statue on its feet. There will not be much time for rust though. Events leading to the sudden fulfilment of this prophecy are speeding up.

When Christ returns, Psalm 126:5, poetically translated, says:

Those who sow in tears,
shall reap with cheers!

In another place, in Psalm 30:5 it says:

Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

And in another place, Romans 13:12

The night is far spent, the day is at hand.

Many, many scriptures refer either directly or indirectly to the hope of Jesus second coming, such as Titus 2:13, and 2 Peter Chapter 3, the last half of which is a good lead in to my Johari window page –

Check this page to read about the JOHARI WINDOW, and prepare for Jesus return.
